联达手臂导入泰国钣金市场,改善恶劣工作环境并重视员工健康与安全

今年度新代集团的泰国子公司,协助泰国曼谷中的国际钣金厂导入自动化生产设备,这间公司最大的痛点在生产规模逐年提升的同时,依旧维持在过去既有的厂房大小内制造与加工,造成员工必须在空间利用不足、光线不佳的厂内用着不符人体工学的方式为厂内数量庞大且多样的钣材进行切割与加工。

泰国新代运用LEANTEC LRA-1717关节型机器手臂搭配传感器与周边送料装置,此系列手臂仅3秒就能取放约3.0 kg的钣材,相当4名操作工的能力并可以全天候运行。不仅让加工时效性倍增,更重要的是让现场工作环境更安全与友善。

为了应对此次挑战, 泰国新代团队构思了创新解决方案——自主机器人站,能够精准拾取金属板并将其放置在托盘上,并且考虑到需要因应不同尺寸板材的多功能性,在机械手臂上配备金属板材通用真空夹具,可以轻松调整以适应不同的尺寸。此外,泰国新代团队还提供了客制化的使用者界面,让操作员在编程和控制机器人上能够轻松上手。
